Changes in the admission criteria when compared with last year’s process :

IIM Indore has announced the selection criteria for admission 2016-2018. Candidates need to clear a minimum CAT 2015 cut off to be eligible for IIM Indore Admission 2016.Indian Institute of Management Indore will first generate a merit list. On the basis of this, candidates will be called for WAT and PI. Weightage will be given to factors such as class Xth and XIIth marks, work experience, and diversity factor. Know the IIM Indore (IIMI)

• The minimum eligibility criteria of sectional percentiles has been decreased by 5 percentile points for General/OBC NC category, where as it has been increased by 5 percentile points for SC/ST/DA applicants.
• The weightage for SSC and 12th scores in the shortlisting stage has been increased by 1 and 5 marks respectively.
• The weightage for CAT score in the shortlisting stage has been reduced by 6 marks.

Admission Process :

The admission process for the PGP program comprises of following stages.

1. Shortlisting candidates for WAT/PI round.
2. Final Selection of candidates post WAT/PI round

Among the pool of candidates who meet the above mentioned percentiles, a list of candidates who would be called for attending Written ability test (WAT) and Personal Interview rounds is generated using the following parameters.

IIM Indore will conduct WAT/PI in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi.
