What is Criminology?
Forensic science is the only subject of criminology. It is one of the challenging careers as statics of crime is increasing day by day in various countries. Criminology develops leads for explaining crime as a social phenomenon. Criminology is the science of collecting evidence, What day did the crime take place, collect and check the fingerprints of criminals and other data to identify the reason behind a crime with the help of science like chemistry, genetics or physiology for the reference of crime. It gives to system a pattern-based predictive model through which similar crimes can be predicted and prevented in the future.
Criminology vs forensic Science
People consider criminology to be the same as forensic science and criminal law but it is not true.
Forensic science encompasses the scientific study of getting physical evidence, such as blood, bodily fluids, DNA, hair fibres etc to help solve crimes. On the other side, criminology is the psychological study of criminal behaviour that depends outside the realm of forensic science. Criminologists pursue an explanative approach that addresses the reasons for crime and society’s response to it.

Must have cleared the 12th Class with science subjects.
For B.A in criminology or cyber crime, a student with art group in 12th can apply.
For Master like MA or LLM, you should have completed a bachelor’s degree in the related field from any recognized college or institution.
